Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9am to 5pm!

Thursday Opening at 12 mid-day to 6pm

And EVERY SATURDAY  10am to 4pm!

 But as always, we are here to help. You can place orders for special products, vitamins and supplements, herbal remedies or organic fruit and veg or groceries with us, in store or by telephone or email.

NEWS – From now on Thursday we will be opening from 12 mid-day to process our organic fresh fruit and veg delivery

What a difficult time we are all going through and all of us must comply with Government Guidelines to try and keep oursleves and others safe.

Let’s remain optmstic and to that end we are remaining open whilst we can and receiving deliveries every day  but we don’t know exactly when we will receive them. Although it looks like our Organic Fruit and veg delivery will be here with us as usual on Thursday after 11 am please, which is great news!

Sadly we cannot manage home deliveries. Happy to prepare orders if necessary and you can prpeay by phone and pick up.

We will do our best to fulfil orders and requests but please bear with us there is just Cindy and myself to deal with the extra workload.    Star does her best but…lol!

Coronavirus Changes:

We are taking card payments only.

Up to 3 customers in the shop at any one time please

Keep back from the till until actually paying.
